"My client who has Alzheimer's disease smiled for the first time when I sang an Igbo song for her(I couldnt pronounce the words correctly and she laughed at me). Seeing her laugh and smile that day, made me feel like I have done something great in this world. Nothing is more fufilling than knowing that you are being a blessing to someone"
"As an auxiliary nurse, I used to think I was a nurse but Paradigm made me see the differnce between a nurse and an auxiliary nurse which I never knew. And now I have been enlightened on my roles, my scope and my boundaries. I AM A NURSING ASSISTANT; I'm the eyes and the ears for my nurse!" I make the work easier for my nurse by helping her with the minor nursing procedures like ADLs while she focuses on the major ones
"When I started, I didnt know if I could cope because I had no prior experience, but Paradigm trained me and mentored me into becoming a very caring and empathetic personality. My client thanks me and prays for me each time I'm going off duty; that alone is worth more than billions of dollars to me."
"This is the kind of nursing care I had always wanted to practice; Holistic, Empathetic with top-notch-professionalism. And one thing I like about paradigm is that they pay you fairly, make your schedule flexible with enough time to rest and they ensure you are happy and comfortable so that you wouldn't have any excuse not to give your best"
